Guarantee
We offering a two-year health guarantee against genetic defects on all puppies that leave our home. To the best of our knowledge, we certify that this puppy is healthy at the time of sale. General information will be provided to the new puppy owner verbally or through our puppy pack folder. General information will include diet, feeding schedule, vaccinations, and deworming schedule. Any additional information on bathing, grooming and any other care will also be provided. To ensure a valid contract of our health guarantee, you must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within five working days of receiving your puppy. You must send us a copy of the veterinarian examination within five business days following your appointment. Failing to do so will void this entire health guarantee. If the puppy is not seen fit by a licensed veterinarian, you must return the puppy immediately at your expense with a licensed veterinarian explanation to prove the genetic defect. At that time, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value, if one is available, or will be given a place on the waiting list for a future litter. No replacement or refund will be given on any deceased puppy without a full necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian to determine the cause of death. We will not be liable for any expenses, including but not limited to veterinarian bills. We will not replace or refund due to allergies, accidental mortality, landlord disapproval, family, disagreement, or any other problems non-health related.
